I think the grocery hoarding is at least a little bit of a misconception. People normally do their shopping once a week, and if that once a week happens to be tonight, tomorrow morning or tomorrow afternoon, they just need to do their normal shopping ahead of time. People do indeed naturally run out of milk & bread. Not that there isn’t at least some overreaction to Advance Notice...
